Apple cinnamon bread—how ‘bout them apples!?

Although I’m a total pumpkin fangirl, I decided to wean my way into fall flavors with the age-old combo of apples and cinnamon. (More pumpkin recipes to come.) And I have no regrets, so I’ll keep this post short and sweet.

This apple cinnamon bread recipe was a first for me but I’m sure it’ll become a seasonal favorite. It was so easy and accurate and had limited ingredients. You’ll fall in love with it too, I have no doubt.

What to Expect:

A soft, fluffy loaf interspersed with crisp cinnamon-coated apples. There’s a layer of apples in the middle in addition to the top of the bread, which makes the texture absolutely divine. Granny Smith apples, since they're not super sweet, balanced out the heaps of sugar in the bread nicely.

What I Changed:

Nothing! The recipe is straight-forward and the bake took exactly 1 hour and 5 minutes (as expected) before becoming a nice golden color.

Also, I can’t overstate how awesome parchment paper is. For me, there’s nothing more disappointing than baking a loaf that can’t come out of the tin. Parchment paper solves the core of that problem! (This isn’t an ad but it kinda could be.) All of this to stay, definitely don’t ignore that step. 🙂

ANYWHO! Hope your apple cinnamon bread has a hAPPLEy ever after like mine!
